Geomatic Technologies Expands into the North American Infrastructure Market

Victoria, Australia - Geomatic Technologies (GT), Australia's leading provider of spatially based business solutions, expands into the North American infrastructure market. David Petterson, now based in New York State, is to head up the operation.

Petterson joined GT in November of 1997 as a field surveyor with a Degree in Geomatics. Over the last 5 years he has been instrumental in growing GT's rail and road business and has assisted with developing new and innovative techniques to collect and process spatial data.

"We have seen a lot of opportunity in the North American market and GT is uniquely positioned to offer services there," said David Petterson.
